On May 10, the jury of Miss Vietnam 2024 announced the 25 most outstanding contestants entering the national final round.

Previously, the final night of Miss Vietnam 2024 took place on the evening of April 20 at Quan Ngua Sports Palace (Ba Dinh, Hanoi).

After 1 month of training, equipped with catwalk skills, choreography and demeanor, 41 contestants had impressive performances, trying to prove their remarkable maturity in the important competition night.

After the competition night, the judges selected the top 25 best candidates to enter the national final round.

Sharing about the number of top 25 contestants entering the final round, journalist Phung Cong Suong, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of Miss Vietnam 2024, said that this is a quantitative structure, but the factor that the Organizing Committee always emphasizes is the quality of the contestants.

“We always emphasize quality to select the finalists who are truly outstanding in many aspects. With a small number of contestants but high quality, we believe that the professional and artistic elements of the final night will be guaranteed,” said journalist Phung Cong Suong.

Journalist Phung Cong Suong commented that this year the contestants are all equal in terms of body shape, beauty, education, age, talent, etc. Therefore, finding 25 excellent contestants is very difficult.

Sticking to the theme of Radiant Vietnam, this year's contest applied the calling of contestants' names on stage for the first time, to create an opportunity for the girls to introduce themselves to the television audience.

In the opening performance, 41 contestants wore ao dai from the collection "Rang roi Viet Nam" and performed to the song "Viet Nam hao quang ruc sang" (The Bright Glory of Vietnam), composed by singer Satila Hong Vinh specifically for the contest.
