Next is Kim Thanh district, which received nearly 590 billion VND to implement 3 projects. The remaining localities are based on the list of proposed project implementation for the province to consider targeted support, each locality is supported to implement investment and construction of 1-3 projects.
The Department of Planning and Investment requests the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to organize the preparation, appraisal and submission to competent authorities for approval of investment policies and decisions on project investment according to the capital source and the level of provincial budget support. The remaining capital shortage according to the total approved investment level, the People's Committees at the district level are responsible for arranging enough district-level budget capital and other legally mobilized capital sources to invest in completing the project according to schedule and regulations on capital arrangement time according to project groups.
Immediately after the project is eligible for medium-term and annual capital allocation, prepare reports to the Departments of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance for synthesis and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration of capital allocation.
