In his life, following the example of beloved Uncle Ho, my father devoted himself to contributing a part of his merits with the entire Party and the entire people in the struggle for independence, freedom, national reunification and building socialism in general and Hai Phong city in particular.
The decision of Hai Phong City to name a street after him is not only a noble recognition of his lifelong contributions to his homeland and country, but also a source of encouragement and deep pride not only for the people of Hai Phong City but also for our family, clan, and descendants."
