No auction of exploitation rights for some mineral water areas in Kim Boi

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 945/QD-TTg to add areas where mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned under the licensing authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment .

Accordingly, the Deputy Prime Minister decided to add the mineral water mineral area of ​​borehole LK1 with coordinates: X(m) 2289715, Y(m) 552530 and borehole LK2 with coordinates X(m) 2289687, Y(m) 552547 in Bo town, Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province to the area where mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned under the licensing authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province are assigned to take full responsibility before the Prime Minister for the accuracy of the reported data and ensure the economical and effective use of resources, without loss or waste of state resources. On that basis, coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to grant mineral exploitation licenses without auctioning mineral exploitation rights for the above-mentioned mineral areas according to regulations.
