At noon on October 30, a working delegation from the Naval Region 3 Command arrived at Ha Nha commune ( Da Nang city) - where hundreds of houses have been deeply flooded for many days.
Here, naval units were also present with people to overcome the consequences of floods.
At noon, there was news that Ms. LTHT (34 years old, residing in Bang Tan village, Ha Nha commune, Da Nang city) had been sick for many days, with a high fever, but due to flooding, she could not go out for treatment.
Immediately, Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Tien - Political Commissar of Naval Region 3 - ordered officers and soldiers to use a boat to go to Ms. T's house to take her to a medical facility for treatment.

Also on October 30, dozens of officers and soldiers of Naval Region 3, including commanders and officers and soldiers of Brigades 161 and 680, continued to be present to stand side by side with the people to overcome difficult times.
On the same morning, the Naval Region 3 Command mobilized more than 50 officers and soldiers carrying more than 1 ton of dry food, 1.5 tons of rice, 200 boxes of instant noodles, 150 boxes of mineral water, 50 boxes of milk, clothes and more than 32 million VND in cash to support people in flooded areas.
Naval Region 3 said that in recent days, officers and soldiers have been on duty in wards and communes such as Hoi An, Ha Nha, Hoa Tien, Dien Ban... to classify and package relief goods; promptly deliver them to isolated residential areas.
