At noon on October 30th, a delegation from the Command of Naval Region 3 arrived in Ha Nha commune ( Da Nang City) - where hundreds of houses have been deeply flooded for several days.
Here, naval units are also present, working alongside the local people to mitigate the consequences of the flooding.
At noon, news arrived that Ms. LTHT (34 years old, residing in Bang Tan village, Ha Nha commune, Da Nang city) had been ill for several days with a high fever, but due to flooding, she had not been able to go out for treatment.
Immediately, Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Tien - Political Commissar of the 3rd Naval Region - ordered officers and soldiers to use boats to go to Ms. T.'s house and take her to a medical facility for treatment.

Also on October 30th, dozens of officers and soldiers from the 3rd Naval Region, including commanders and officers and soldiers from Brigades 161 and 680, continued to be present to stand alongside the people in overcoming this difficult time.
On the morning of the same day, the Command of Naval Region 3 deployed more than 50 officers and soldiers carrying over 1 ton of dried food, 1.5 tons of rice, 200 boxes of instant noodles, 150 boxes of bottled water, 50 boxes of milk, clothing, and over 32 million VND in cash to support people in the flooded areas.
The 3rd Naval Region reported that in recent days, officers and soldiers have been stationed in communes and wards such as Hoi An, Ha Nha, Hoa Tien, Dien Ban, etc., to sort and pack relief supplies; and promptly deliver them to isolated residential areas.
