To ensure service capacity, a representative of Vietnam Airlines said that the airline has proactively pushed forward aircraft maintenance schedules and prepared operational resources. At the same time, it has optimized flight schedules, increased fleet utilization, increased human resources, and improved ground procedures to shorten turnaround times.
Vietnam Airlines recommends that passengers book and issue tickets early, especially on domestic and international routes with high demand, through official channels such as the airline's website, mobile application, ticket offices or agents.
