Accordingly, the Security Investigation Agency, Ministry of Public Security is examining, verifying and resolving information about crimes separated from the case of "Abusing position and power while performing official duties; Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences" occurring at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and provinces and cities.

To serve the work of inspection, verification and settlement of the case, the Security Investigation Agency, Ministry of Public Security needs to summon to work with a number of individuals who are leaders and officials in Dak Lak province participating in resolving work related to the Long Thanh 1 Solar Power Plant Project.

Therefore, the Investigation Security Agency, Ministry of Public Security requested the People's Committee of Dak Lak province to send summons to individuals and assign a contact point to exchange information with the Investigation Security Agency, Ministry of Public Security to coordinate the investigation.

At the same time, provide personal information including full name, position, work unit, residence, current phone number of 38 leaders, officials, specialists, former leaders, officials, specialists of departments, branches, and localities in the province participating in resolving work related to the Long Thanh 1 Solar Power Plant Project .

Specifically, the summons was sent to five individuals belonging to: Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (now Department of Agriculture and Environment), Department of Planning and Investment (now Department of Finance), Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now Department of Agriculture and Environment).

The Long Thanh 1 solar power plant project combined with agriculture was approved by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to be implemented in early 2018, in sub-area 152, Ia Lop commune, Ea Sup district. On June 20, 2019, Long Thanh 1 solar power plant was energized and put into operation. The project has a capacity of 50MWp, a total investment of 1,252 billion VND, invested by Long Thanh Dak Lak 1 Investment Limited Company.
