Hundreds of free meals to support students after the first exam
Youth Union of Tuong Duong and Thanh Chuong districts gave away hundreds of free meals, thousands of cups of cold water and supported lunch breaks for candidates and their families after the first exam of the 2025 Grade 10 Entrance Exam.

This year, after the first exam of the 10th grade entrance exam, Thanh Chuong district youth supported 150 free meals for candidates at 4 exam locations: Cat Ngan High School, Thanh Chuong 3 High School, Thanh Chuong 1 High School and Nguyen Canh Chan High School. Photo: Thanh Chuong District Youth Union As for the mountainous district of Tuong Duong, the district's youth supported 150 free meals for candidates at two exam locations: Tuong Duong 1 High School and Tuong Duong 2 High School. The district has a majority of ethnic minority children, many students have difficult circumstances, so the Youth Union always closely accompanies them before, during and after the exam. For candidates' families, more than 50 parents and students are supported with free accommodation. Participating in this year's exam, Nghe An province has 39,130 candidates registered to take the exam at 69 public schools in the whole province. Candidates will take the exam at 71 exam locations with 1,664 exam rooms .
Accompanyingthe students and their families, more than 2,100 union members and young people participated in more than 200 volunteer teams "Supporting the exam season" in all localities.
Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union - Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy said that the Youth Volunteer teams not only guide traffic flow, support luggage storage, and provide cool water, but also provide free meals and free rooms. This activity was effectively implemented in line with the needs of the candidates. In particular, candidates with difficult circumstances and living far away were closely accompanied by the Youth Union at all levels, in order to encourage them to do well in the exam and confidently complete the next subjects.
