Yasha Ashley, a 21-year-old prodigy, is the youngest PhD holder in the UK after entering university at the age of 12. This remarkable achievement puts him in an elite group of the UK's most talented individuals.

Yasha Ashley is a Muslim living in Leicester, UK, with her father Moussa Ashley - of Iranian origin.

Yasha’s journey began at the age of four. He attended Folville State Primary School, ahead of his peers, where he took the Six-Level Maths exam at the age of seven and scored an A.

At the age of 8, Yasha continued to achieve a perfect score in Mathematics and became the first person in the world to achieve a score of 99% - a near-perfect score. In this exam, Yasha also completed 6 exams in 2 days. Since then, Yasha has been dubbed "the walking computer".

At the age of 10, Yasha again achieved a perfect score in the same subject. By the age of 12, Yasha Ashley was studying Mathematics at university. His extraordinary ability was soon recognized more and more from there. By the age of 15, he had achieved a first-class honors degree.

At the age of 21, he achieved the title of Doctor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Leicester (UK), becoming one of the youngest doctors in the UK. Previously, Imran Nasim also achieved this achievement at the age of 22.

“I am having the best years of my life. I love college and I love helping other students,” Yasha said.

Professor Jeremy Levesley - who taught Yasha, praised: "Yasha Ashley's ability is truly exceptional. His dedication and passion for learning is an inspiration to us all."

Despite his good academic performance, Yasha still has a balanced life. He enjoys gardening and is a fan of Leicester City Football Club. His father Moussa is excited about his son's achievements and said: "I am proud of Yasha. My son has worked hard to achieve his dreams."
