Capital students compete on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh ideology

Organized by the City Youth Union and the Hanoi City Student Association, the contest is a meaningful political -academic activity, held every two years to foster and raise awareness of political theory, arouse patriotism, national pride, and form positive thinking and ideals for union members, youth, and students.

During the 2 weeks of competition in the preliminary round, the Contest recorded more than 200 contestants in the individual round and 30 teams from universities, colleges, academies, and affiliated Youth Unions in the Capital participating. After the dramatic and exciting rounds, the Organizing Committee found 5 outstanding individuals and 5 outstanding groups to deploy the Final Round of the Contest.

In this final round, the teams confidently demonstrated their talent, knowledge, courage and creativity through many exciting competitions. The competitions not only required extensive knowledge of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, but also required the ability to apply them in practice, presentation skills, critical thinking and effective teamwork.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded one first prize, one second prize and three third prizes to outstanding groups and individuals. In addition to the forms of commendation and rewards, the winners will have the opportunity to participate in advanced political theory training and development activities organized by the City Youth Union and the Hanoi City Student Association in the near future.

According to Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Hanoi City Student Association Nguyen Tien Hung, the contest is not only a political theory competition, but has long become an effective, creative, and attractive model of revolutionary ideal education, helping union members and students approach the treasure trove of revolutionary theories in a close, lively, and attractive way.
