In the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final at Old Trafford in the early morning of April 14 (Vietnam time), Man Utd had a dream start in the first half when they took the lead with 2 goals after only 21 minutes of play.
Midfielder Marcel Sabitzer surprised everyone when he scored consecutive goals against Sevilla in the 14th and 21st minutes of the match.
The 2-0 score was maintained until the 84th minute, but Sevilla had a goal to shorten the score to 1-2 thanks to an own goal by defender Tyrell Malacia.
Not stopping there, in the 90+2 minute of extra time, it was center-back Harry Maguire's turn to score an own goal, causing the "Red Devils" to be held to a regrettable 2-2 draw by Sevilla.

In the worst case scenario, Man Utd could be without nearly half of their starting line-up for the second leg of their quarter-final against Sevilla. Martinez, Varane, Marcus Rashford and Luke Shaw are injured, while Bruno Fernandes is suspended.
