Attending the ceremony were Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu; Chairman of the Trade Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Do Ngoc Thuy; Director of the Department of Financial Administration Le Cong Dung, along with representatives of leaders of units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and athletes participating in the Tournament.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu warmly congratulated 396 athletes participating in the tournament competing in 6 sports: Soccer, table tennis, golf, badminton, tennis and pickleball. This year's tournament has a very special meaning as it celebrates the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Diplomatic Service.

The Deputy Minister commended the efforts of individuals and units in the sports training movement, especially emphasizing the importance of health training and improving physical fitness for people in general and union members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in particular...
The Deputy Minister urged the officers and employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to always maintain the sportsmanship spirit not only during competition time but also to play sports regularly to maintain health, strengthen solidarity, cohesion, add joy and excitement in work to continue to excellently complete assigned tasks in the coming time.
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second and Third prizes to the teams with outstanding achievements.
The first prize in men's singles badminton went to Nguyen Van Trong (Diplomatic Academy); the first prize in men's doubles went to Nguyen Hong Quang - Doan Viet Dung (Ministry Office); the first prize in women's singles went to Hoang Diem Hanh (TG&VN Newspaper); the first prize in women's doubles went to Nguyen Thu Giang - Nguyen Thuy Hang (Service Department); the first prize in mixed doubles went to Hoang Diem Hanh (TG&VN Newspaper) - Nguyen Manh Chau (Southeast Asia, South Asia, South Pacific Department).
