Nha Trang City applies new price for beach space usage

On June 3, Mr. Nguyen Duy Tuan - Director of Nha Trang City Public Service Management Board said that Nha Trang City People's Committee has just issued a document agreeing to the management board to apply the unit price for using beach space in 2025 to sign contracts with businesses using beach space and Thanh Nien Football Field until June 30 (from July 1, the new management unit after the merger will decide).

Accordingly, the price list for renting beach space for placing umbrellas, loungers and Thanh Nien Football Field to organize events in 2025 is as follows: Tran Phu Street (section from Phan Chu Trinh Street to Hoang Dieu Street) 2,653,560 VND/ ^m2 /year (an increase of more than 1.5 million VND compared to the price list in 2024); Tran Phu Street (section from Hoang Dieu Street to To Hieu Street) 891,000 VND/ ^m2 /year (an increase of 441,000 VND compared to the price list in 2024); Pham Van Dong Street (section from the north of Tran Phu Bridge to Mai Xuan Thuong Street) 891,000 VND/ ^m2 /year (an increase of 441,000 VND compared to the price list in 2024).

Nha Trang City People's Committee assigned the City Public Service Management Board to base on the above unit price, organize the signing of contracts with enterprises, collect and pay the budget according to regulations.
