According to the construction planning of Hau Loc district until 2040, with a vision to 2070 approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 4360/QD-UBND dated November 3, 2021, the district plans to develop 9 ICs and 1 industrial park. In particular, CNN Lien Hoa has a total area of 37.1 hectares, in an area with convenient traffic, concentrated population, close to residential areas in coastal communes of Hau Loc, and abundant labor resources.

Lien Hoa Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 3366/QD-UBND dated September 21, 2023 of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee. In order to achieve the goal of creating more jobs on the spot, increasing income for local workers, and promoting socio-economic development in the area, Hau Loc district has proactively implemented synchronous solutions to attract investors to build infrastructure at Lien Hoa Industrial Park. Lam Kinh Construction and Development Investment Co., Ltd. (investor) has sufficient capacity and experience in investing in industrial park infrastructure business projects, and has been selected to invest in building infrastructure for Lien Hoa Industrial Park with a total investment of more than 280 billion VND.
