Since Major Nguyen Duy Nhat, Head of the Propaganda Department ( Political Department, Dak Lak Provincial Military Command) transferred to work far from home, his wife had to manage both the work of the agency and the organization, and take care of and pick up the children from school, so she had almost no time to rest. Feeling sorry for his pregnant wife and having to manage the family alone, whenever he had free time, Nhat took the opportunity to call home to talk, confide, and encourage his wife.

In the first days of his new unit, due to work pressure, missing his wife, loving his children and not being used to the climate and weather of the highlands, Mr. Nhat often suffered from insomnia. Sympathizing with his husband's work, every time he texted or called, his wife and children only told him funny stories to encourage him. Mr. Nhat shared: "Although far away, the love of family and the rear is always a solid support for me to work with peace of mind."

Leaders of Dak Lak Provincial Military Command encouraged and talked with new officers and employees transferred to the unit.

For Senior Lieutenant Kieu Tan Huy, Assistant to the Military Medical Department (Logistics-Technical Department, former Phu Yen Provincial Military Command), his family has had a new member for nearly a month. Before going to the new unit to carry out their duties, he and his wife decided to organize an early full-month celebration for their child so that their relatives could reunite. Alone with two young children, and working far from home, his wife has never complained or blamed him. On the contrary, she always accompanies, supports, and encourages him to work with peace of mind. The ideal family model of "soldier-teacher", "solid fortress" of Huy's family is often mentioned with admiration by his comrades and comrades.

Late at night, next to a pile of files and documents piled up on the table, Major Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Assistant to the Militia Department (Staff Department, Dak Lak Provincial Military Command) was researching and synthesizing data while taking the opportunity to guide his eldest son in solving difficult math problems. In the collective housing area of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Office a few kilometers away, his wife also called to chat with her two young children who were being looked after by their grandparents in the countryside. Because the unit has not yet arranged official housing for the family, the couple still have to live in two places.

Mr. Tuan shared: “The eldest child is in 11th grade this year, starting from September, he has to study at a boarding school and stay at school. My wife and I sent the two younger children, twins, to the countryside and asked their grandparents to take care of them. Although there are 5 people in 4 kitchens, my family still “meet” every day via Facebook and Zalo. Seeing the children being well-behaved, self-disciplined, and independent, my wife and I are also excited and feel secure in our work.” According to Mr. Tuan, his family plans to arrange to pick up the children when things gradually stabilize so that the whole family can live close together, making it easier to live and work.

Colonel Ksor Lanh, Deputy Commissar of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command, said: “In the past time, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have regularly cared for, encouraged, and grasped the ideological situation of the cadres, employees, and soldiers after the merger and dissolution of agencies and units, especially those who transferred from Phu Yen (old) to Dak Lak (new). In addition to arranging buses to pick up and drop off cadres working far from home to visit their families and the rear on weekends, the unit has proactively advised and proposed to the local Party Committee and authorities to prioritize and ensure public housing, social housing, and other preferential policies for the brothers to gradually stabilize their lives. Although there are still many difficulties and hardships, the brothers always uphold the spirit of solidarity and are determined to complete all tasks well.”
