DTO - In any era, medicine is a very special and noble profession. Human life depends greatly on the dedication and talent of the physician. The physician cares for, cures, and snatches the lives of patients from the hands of death when they are standing on the fragile boundary between life and death. People are always the most valuable asset of society, that is why taking care of people's health is truly necessary, always concerned and put first. Therefore, in any era, the noble mission of the physician is always honored by society.

In Dong Thap, the health sector and doctors in recent times have not only done a good job of medical examination and treatment, taking care of people's health, but have also always shown love and affection for patients, considering them as their own relatives. For patients in difficult circumstances, doctors and nurses have enthusiastically helped and joined hands to support patients to overcome adversity through many programs and activities full of humanity. In difficult times, when the epidemic was complicated, the white-shirt soldiers did not hesitate to face hardships and difficulties to make efforts to treat and take care of patients. All of these beautiful and meaningful actions have helped people to admire, trust and respect doctors more.

Vietnamese Doctors' Day is not only a day to honor the medical profession, but also a day to remind everyone and the community to share the difficulties, hardships and sacrifices of doctors. We cannot measure all the difficulties and sacrifices that the medical staff have had to overcome in the past time. The white-coat warriors have sacrificed for the community in the most difficult and arduous times to regain the lives and health of the people so that they can have a peaceful life. Doctors are in great need of the companionship and sharing of patients, their relatives and the people. Each sympathy and sharing of patients and the people is a medicine that adds strength to the white-coat warriors who are day and night, regardless of hardship and danger, fighting against diseases, firmly carrying out the noble task of caring for and protecting the health of the people.

On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day, let's send our best wishes to the doctors, our gratitude and respect. We hope that the doctors will always be safe and healthy, continue to contribute their talents and strength to life; be honored even more with the support and sharing from the community, and forever be worthy of being the "white-coated angels" of the Land of Pink Lotus.
