Coach Kiatisak took office at CAHN team, Mr. Vu Tien Thanh took the hot seat at HAGL

Today is a very special day for Vietnamese football as we witness the inauguration of two famous figures, both closely related to HAGL.

In Hanoi , former HAGL player - Coach Kiatisak officially took the hot seat of Hanoi Police Club (CAHN). Also in Hanoi on the same afternoon, at the sponsor's headquarters, Mr. Vu Tien Thanh officially took the hot seat of HAGL.

Sharing at the event, the Board of Directors of LPBank HAGL Club believes that under the leadership of Coach Vu Tien Thanh, the Club will soon overcome the difficult period, regain its spirit and performance, determined to regain glory in V-League 2023 - 2024.

Mr. Vu Tien Thanh was officially appointed as the head coach of LPBank HAGL Club. Mr. Duc was also present. Mr. Thanh also holds the position of Director of HAGL Academy.

Also at the event, the representative of the sponsor, Mr. Ho Nam Tien, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Lien Viet Post Bank (LPBank), pledged to join Mr. Duc in supplementing the force for phase 2, the return leg of V-League 2023 - 2024 with quality contracts, recruiting both foreign and domestic players.

With this investment, LPBank HAGL Club will pursue and dedicate beautiful football playing style, serving fans of the mountain town team in particular and fans across the country in general.

As for Coach Vu Tien Thanh, in his new position and new mission, he said: "I am very honored to be trusted by the club's leadership and invited to work and serve on the coaching staff. As someone who comes from and works in youth football, I myself have many projects to develop the club as well as train and recruit young players.

As the new head coach of LPBank HAGL Club, I am confident that I will do well in the assigned tasks, aiming to bring the Club to achieve the best results in the next stage of the season and further bring the highest ranking for the Club in national and regional professional tournaments."

Mr. Vu Tien Thanh was officially appointed as head coach of LPBank HAGL Club.

Mr. Vu Tien Thanh was born in 1964, graduated from the Central University of Physical Education and Sports II and spent a long time studying in countries with the world's leading football such as Brazil, Germany, the US... Mr. Thanh is considered by experts to be a veteran coach in the Vietnamese football world.

During his coaching and professional training career, he has worked and held important roles such as: language assistant, assistant coach for many foreign coaches of the Vietnam national team including Kark Weigang, Riedl, Dido, Calisto, Colin Murphy, Philipe Troussier; Director of PVF Center; Chairman of Pho Hien Club; Head coach of many teams competing in V-League such as Dong A Thep Pomina, Saigon FC or Ho Chi Minh City Club.
