Funding support for construction and repair of 23 "Union Shelters" on the occasion of Workers' Month

In response to Workers' Month, the Provincial Federation of Labor directed all levels of trade unions in the province to organize many practical activities, focusing on creating a peak period to care for the material and spiritual lives of workers.

Providing financial support for repairing "Union Shelter" house for union members of Simacai district.

Regarding provincial-level activities, joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses and help workers settle down, from April until now, the Provincial Labor Federation has decided to support the construction and repair of "Union Shelter" houses for 23 union member households with difficult housing circumstances, with a total amount of 1.1 billion VND (including: support for building new houses for 21, 50 million VND/household; support for 2 households to repair houses, 25 million VND/household).

In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation provided emergency hardship allowances to 19 union members suffering from serious illnesses and work-related accidents; continued to complete documents and procedures and provided financial support to 120 union member households whose houses had completely collapsed to build new ones and families who suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 3 with a total amount of over 1.3 billion VND (from funds supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Tuoi Tre Newspaper).
