At sea, the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau , Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand is having scattered showers and thunderstorms. In the middle and southern East Sea, including the Truong Sa sea area, showers and thunderstorms appear in many places. During the thunderstorms, there is a high possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 6 - 7.
In light of the above situation, authorities have warned people to be on guard against extreme weather events, especially in the northern mountainous regions and coastal areas.
