Hoa Ninh strongly directs activities to the grassroots, for the practical benefits of the people.

On September 26, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Ninh commune organized the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates of the commune, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Do Thi Que Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province attended and directed the Congress.

Attending the Congress were 110 official delegates representing the great solidarity bloc of the people in Hoa Ninh commune.

Hoa Ninh commune was formed on the basis of merging three communes: Hoa Trung, Dinh Trang Hoa and Hoa Ninh, with a population of nearly 32,000 people; of which ethnic minorities account for nearly 31%.

According to the Report at the Congress, during the past term, the Commune Fatherland Front has made efforts to well implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the Commune for the 2024 - 2029 term and achieved many practical results.

The Commune Fatherland Front has gradually innovated its content and methods, improved its quality, and focused on residential areas to propagate, mobilize, and consolidate the great national unity bloc. It has chaired and coordinated the mobilization of all classes of people to participate in emulation movements and campaigns. It has actively propagated and well implemented the arrangement, consolidation, and streamlining of the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations to meet the requirements and tasks in the new period.

By the end of 2024, the whole commune had 28/37 residential areas achieving the title of Typical Residential Area, 24/37 residential areas achieving the title of Model Residential Area. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune coordinated to organize 37 propaganda conferences, with 1,300 participants; mobilized people to agree with compensation and site clearance plans to implement key projects in the commune. At the same time, supported the construction and repair of 21 Great Solidarity houses.

Besides, the Commune Fatherland Front has proactively exploited the application of information technology, promoted digital transformation, and popularized digital education in information and propaganda work.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Creativity - Development", the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hoa Ninh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term affirmed its determination to continue consolidating and promoting the strength of the Great National Unity; innovating the content and methods of operation, practicing democracy, and strengthening social consensus. Thereby, contributing to building Hoa Ninh commune to develop rapidly, comprehensively, and sustainably, striving to achieve the advanced new rural standards by 2030.

The Congress set out the direction, goals and action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune for the 2025 - 2030 term, with 11 basic targets, such as: Every year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the commune's socio-political organizations build at least 2 models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; 100% of villages launch the construction of "Self-governed, united, prosperous and happy residential areas". During the term, support the construction, repair and elimination of temporary houses and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households that meet the standards, from 4 - 5 houses or more...

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Do Thi Que Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the Fatherland Front and people of Hoa Ninh commune have achieved in the past term.

In the coming time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Hoa Ninh Commune Fatherland Front to continue to promote its role as a representative, gathering, and reflecting the people's petitions to Party and government agencies; at the same time, urging and supervising the handling and resolution of petitions. The Congress consulted and elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Ninh commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 57 members; consulted and elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province.

The first conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune for the new term elected the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; Ms. Vu Thi Kim Thoa holds the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Ninh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.
