To successfully implement the goals and tasks of 2025 and the 5-year socio -economic development plan for 2021-2025, Provincial Secretary Trinh Viet Hung requested Party committees and organizations at all levels, especially leaders, to be determined and resolute in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of the Central Executive Committee's policy on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on streamlining and perfecting the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and effective. Determined to complete the rearrangement and perfecting the apparatus of the political system in the first quarter of 2025.
Focus on implementing solutions to remove bottlenecks and bottlenecks from the practical implementation of tasks. Urgently review legal regulations that are no longer suitable, overlapping, or incomplete to recommend to competent authorities to amend and supplement accordingly.
Accelerate the breakthrough in implementing the socio-economic tasks in 2025, successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, prepare conditions for organizing party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Evaluate the implementation of the 5-year targets 2021 - 2025 to have breakthrough solutions in the spirit of "whichever target has not been achieved, we must be determined to complete it; whichever target has been achieved, we must improve quality and efficiency".
