Hoang Hoa: Received more than 21 billion VND to support housing construction for poor and disadvantaged households

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Implementing the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties according to Directive 22-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2024-2025, as of mid-May 2025, Hoang Hoa district has received more than 21 billion VND from various sources to implement the program. To date, the whole district has had 137 households complete the construction and repair of new houses (123 households built new houses, 14 households repaired houses); 8 households have started construction and are in the process of completing houses.

The campaign to build houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties is a major campaign with profound political , social and humanitarian significance. Therefore, the Party Committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and political organizations of Hoang Hoa district have focused on speeding up the implementation progress with the highest determination and responsibility.

When implementing the campaign, the locality has implemented it synchronously and promptly, promoting the spirit of volunteerism, flexibility and creativity with the spirit of "those who have money contribute money, those who have merit contribute merit, those who have little contribute little, those who have much contribute much", diversifying the methods of mobilization to support and help disadvantaged households build and repair houses.

The reception, management, allocation and use of campaign support resources are carried out publicly, transparently, promptly, to the right subjects and in accordance with the law.

In Hoang Hoa district, some communes have completed the progress of building houses for poor and disadvantaged households, such as: Hoang Phu, Hoang Kim, Hoang Trinh, Hoang Son, Hoang Cat, Hoang Duc, Hoang Ha, Hoang Dao, Hoang Loc, Hoang Thanh, Hoang Phong, Hoang Thinh, Hoang Truong. Many localities have proactively coordinated with functional departments and households to resolve land-related problems to speed up the progress of building houses for households.

Along with mobilizing and supporting resources for housing construction, many communes have paid attention to motivating and encouraging children of families, clans, and communities to actively support livelihood creation and job creation for the poor and policy beneficiaries, helping families "settle down and have a stable life".
