Nam Dinh Department ofEducation and Training has just announced the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday schedule for all students of kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, vocational education centers, continuing education centers, and colleges of education in the area.

Accordingly, students, trainees, and teachers will have Lunar New Year holiday in 2024 from February 6 to February 14, that is, from December 27, year of the Cat, to January 5, year of the Dragon.

Officials, civil servants, and employees of the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Education and Training of districts/cities; kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, continuing education centers, vocational guidance - continuing education centers, vocational education - continuing education centers, and colleges of education will have a holiday for the Lunar New Year 2024 from February 8 to February 14, that is, from December 29, Quy Mao year to January 5, Giap Thin year.

Nam Dinh Department of Education and Training also requested that during the Tet holiday, agencies, units, and educational institutions must hang the national flag in accordance with regulations and solemnly; hang banners and slogans in accordance with regulations; assign duty schedules, closely coordinate with local police to take necessary measures to ensure absolute safety of facilities, equipment, fire prevention and fighting, etc.

Units must regularly monitor the situation, proactively handle and promptly report any arising or unexpected cases to the Department of Education and Training; ensure smooth communication during the Tet holiday.
