Opening of the "School Culture" Contest of the Education and Training sector

This morning, April 8, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri organized the opening ceremony of the "School Culture" Contest of the Education and Training sector in 2025. Participating in the contest were 47 groups, 112 performances with 4 genres including singing, dancing, skits and musical instrument performance; nearly 1,500 actors and a large number of students and parents registered to participate and cheer for the contest.

The “School Culture” competition at the grassroots level took place in accordance with the instructions, attracting a large number of teachers and students to participate. Thereby, there were many outstanding performances, elaborately staged, many meaningful skits, many smart, creative, culturally and artistic ways of handling situations were performed at the competitions.

Through the contest, the Department of Education and Training, schools and vocational education and continuing education centers have selected performances and developed programs to participate and compete in this provincial "School Culture" contest.

The 2025 “School Culture” contest focuses on the following contents: pride in the history and tradition of 80 years of building and developing the education sector; belief in the educational innovation of the Party and State; praising the Party and Uncle Ho; praising the love for the homeland, country, school, teachers and friends; expressing the dreams, feelings and responsibilities of students towards themselves, their families and the community.

Raising awareness of the position, role and significance of “School Culture” associated with the work of building a cultural lifestyle in schools; responsibilities, teachers’ ethics and the work of educating ethics, lifestyle and life skills for students. Propagating and educating laws on traffic safety, prevention of school violence, other social evils and crimes, ensuring school security and order through daily behavior.

Opening the contest, Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Huong requested the Departments of Education and Training, schools and centers to create the most favorable conditions for teachers and students to participate in the contest.

At the same time, the organizing committee and sub-committees are requested to work urgently, thoughtfully, coordinate smoothly and responsibly, ensuring the most favorable conditions to help the participating teams fully demonstrate their talents and beauty. The contest's jury will conduct the judging objectively and fairly; accurately evaluate the results of each performance and each competition program of the teams.

Propose that the industry emulation council proactively coordinate with the competition boards to select the right units, individuals, programs and high-quality entries to advise all levels on timely forms of rewards and encouragement for cultural and artistic movements...

The 2025 Provincial "School Culture" Competition takes place over 4 days, from April 8-11.
