The 78th Chemical Battalion has the mission of training, combat readiness, chemical assurance and serving as the core force to help local authorities and people handle environmental incidents, handle incidents of toxic chemicals, radiation, biological agents, and post-war toxic substances in Military Region 5.
With good training and strict discipline, officers and soldiers of the unit are always ready to go on the road immediately when ordered, operating in all terrain and weather conditions, handling procedures correctly, ensuring absolute safety.
