Coming to Regiment 5 (Division 5, Military Region 7), we heard many people mention Major Truong Minh Hoang, Military Assistant, General Staff of Regiment 5 as a shining example of responsibility, dedication and humility. For more than 20 years in the military, no matter what position he held, he always maintained an exemplary style, saying what he did, taking work efficiency as a measure of the qualities of a revolutionary soldier.

Having held many positions, from Platoon Leader, Deputy Company Leader, Company Leader to Military Assistant, Major Truong Minh Hoang has always left his mark with a high sense of responsibility, scientific style and proactiveness and creativity in performing tasks.

Military work requires meticulousness, precision and perseverance, because it is directly related to the number of troops, policies, and organization of the entire Regiment. Although sometimes his health is not good, Mr. Hoang always keeps in mind: "No matter how difficult it is, we must do it well, because that is the responsibility and honor of a cadre."

“Words must go hand in hand with actions, must set an example in even the smallest things”, he always works with the spirit of “diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality”, putting the collective interest and the interests of the soldiers above all. Simple, sincere, less talk, more action, that is the lifestyle and work of a dedicated Military Assistant.

Since the beginning of 2025, despite the large workload and tight schedule, Mr. Hoang and the Military Department have excellently completed the task of managing, mobilizing, and resolving policies for soldiers; making an important contribution to building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" Regiment. He also actively advised on many solutions to improve the quality of military personnel work, strengthen internal solidarity and soldiers' trust in the organization.

Not only is he good at his profession, Major Truong Minh Hoang is also a close comrade and brother who always cares, encourages and shares difficulties with his teammates. For him, the greatest joy is seeing the unit unite and complete all tasks well.
