(Dan Tri) - Students of Cau Giay Secondary School made a short film about teachers at the school, broadcast during the celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20.
The film is only about 10 minutes long, made by students from grades 6-9 together. They wrote the script, filmed, edited the film, creating a meaningful 10 minutes to congratulate teachers on Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20.
The challenge for the students is to tell an interesting and touching story about their teachers in just 10 short minutes, in which no teacher is absent, including the security guard, the janitor, and the office staff.
The film crew chose the most suitable structure, which was to sketch portraits of teachers by professional group.

Each teacher is only mentioned once, but the emphasis is on the student’s personality traits or special impressions of that teacher. Thanks to that, the portraits appear extremely vivid, realistic and emotional.
The three female teachers in the school board are called sunshine by the students, representing three different shades of sunshine: summer sunshine, spring sunshine and autumn sunshine. The young math teachers are called "drunk brothers" by the students. The head of the literature group is, in the eyes of the students, a "mama general manager" while other female teachers are "school police" and "1080 switchboard".
Many of the teachers' hobbies are closely "scrutinized" by the students, such as the foreign language teachers who are called candy fairies because they often keep candy in their pockets, and the two literature teachers who are a perfect couple because they love the shows "Beautiful Sister Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves" and "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Challenges" .
The one who received the loudest cheers in the whole school was Mr. Nguyen Huy Sang from the literature, sports and arts group. The students filmed him from behind, just like how he usually "scrutinizes" students, with the caption "The destroyer of the class register".

Warm feelings are also reserved for teachers of natural sciences - those who have turned complex technological drawings, genetic laws or circuit boards into easy-to-remember pocket formulas; teachers of social sciences - those who lead students on a journey of discovery through time and space.
The film by Cau Giay School students did not forget to mention the names of the office staff that the students call "the silent bees in the Cau Giay garden", always enthusiastically supporting both teachers and students.
The innocent and loving perspective in the short film made by the students surprised and moved the teachers in the audience.
The celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day at Cau Giay Secondary School took place on the morning of November 20 in the form of a student festival. Speaking at the event, Distinguished Teacher - Principal Le Kim Anh shared: "The teaching profession has brought us incomparable happiness.
Happiness is when every day at school we get to see the sparkling eyes and bright smiles of the students.
Happiness is when we can awaken the joy of learning and the desire to conquer challenges in our children, and the most complete happiness is when we see their progress and maturity every day.
These days we feel more clearly the happiness of the teaching profession when receiving sincere love from generations of students."

Since its establishment 15 years ago, Cau Giay Secondary School has continuously taken the lead in excellent student competitions of Cau Giay district.
In the 2024-2025 school year, 100% of the school's students who participated in the district-level 9th grade excellent student competition won prizes, including 8/12 valedictorians in 6 subjects: math, literature, English, history, physics and biology.
In the 2024 public 10th grade entrance exam, the average admission score that students of this school achieved was 43.18. This score is higher than the entrance standard score of all non-specialized high schools in Hanoi .
Specifically, the average score in math is 8.78; the average score in literature is 8.19; the average score in English is 9.24.
Previously, in the entrance exam to specialized universities, students of Cau Giay Secondary School also achieved very high results.
The school has 246 students passing the specialized exam, including: 109 students passing the Pedagogy exam, 65 students passing the Natural Science exam, 16 students passing the Social Science and Humanities exam, and 56 students passing the Foreign Language exam.
For the Pedagogy entrance exam, the school has 4/8 valedictorians.
In addition, many of the school's teachers are honored for their special contributions and achievements to theeducation sector.
