Vietnam Women's Academy welcomes new students of course 13

On August 26, Vietnam Women's Academy organized a reception and completed admission procedures for new students of the 13th course.

Many students and parents did not mind the heavy rain and traffic jams to come to school to enroll, carrying their documents, luggage and excitement. The atmosphere in Hall 1, Building A1, became lively with the enthusiasm of teachers and student volunteers.

The thoughtful organization of the Academy helped new students complete the procedures quickly.

The admission process went smoothly, including submitting documents, making a student ID card, measuring for uniforms, registering for dormitories, and choosing clubs. Nguyen Minh Anh, a freshman in the 13th course, shared that although she was worried that the admission process would be difficult because of the rain, she felt very secure when the volunteers enthusiastically guided her. Ms. Tran Thi Hong, the parent of a freshman in the Law major, also expressed her peace of mind and trust in the learning environment at the Academy after traveling 5 hours from Phu Tho to Hanoi .

In addition to completing the procedures, new students are also eager to try on new uniforms and take photos at the check-in area in the lobby of A2 building, as well as register to join clubs. This is a memorable start, marking a new chapter in the lives of young people.

During the admission ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Quang Tien, Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy, congratulated and encouraged the new students. He emphasized that the Academy is not only a place to study but also a place to nurture dreams, creativity and foster a sense of social responsibility. He affirmed that the Academy will always accompany the students to impart knowledge and forge their character.

Vietnam Women's Academy will continue to welcome new students of the 13th course on August 27, 2025 at Hall 1, Building A1.

In case you cannot come to enroll directly, the Academy implements an online enrollment form with 2 steps:

1. Confirm admission on the Ministry of Education and Training system at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn (deadline: 5:00 p.m. August 30, 2025).

2. Confirm admission on the Academy system at https://xettuyen.hvpnvn.edu.vn.

After completing online confirmation and paying tuition, you can submit hard copy documents at the Academy.

The deadline for submitting hard copies of applications is August 30 (based on the postmark ), new students can send hard copies of applications to the address:
