Hoi An in top 15 most outstanding tourist destinations in Southeast Asia

(QNO) - Hoi An and two other destinations in Vietnam have just entered the top 15 destinations in Southeast Asia voted by Gulf News - one of the leading English-language newspapers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The ancient town of Hoi An was ranked 8th on this list by Gulf News. According to Gulf News, Hoi An is an ancient riverside town, sparkling at night with thousands of lanterns and famous for its tailoring services.

Street food here is also very diverse. Most of the buildings here are relatively well preserved, many of the architectural works are a mixture of Asian and French.

The remaining two destinations in Vietnam included in the list by Gulf News are Ha Long Bay (3rd place) and Sapa (15th place).

Other destinations in Southeast Asia named by Gulf News in the top 15 are: Bangkok (Thailand), Singapore, Bali (Indonesia), Palawan (Philippines), George Town (Malaysia), Siem Riep & Angco Wat (Cambodia), Chiang Mai (Thailand), Cebu (Philippines), Luang Prabang (Laos), Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei), Bicon (Philippines), Bagan (Myanmar).
