On this occasion, the Lang Son Provincial Red Cross Association honored 48 groups and individuals, including units, businesses, and philanthropists, who were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Association and the Provincial People's Committee; 11 individuals were awarded Medals for the cause of the Vietnam Red Cross. At the ceremony, the Provincial Red Cross Association launched a support movement: "Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims" Xuan Dinh Dau 2017.
