Tuyen Quang Red Cross supports Dak Lak province to implement the Humanitarian Journey

Tuyen Quang Provincial Red Cross Society supports humanitarian activities in Dak Lak province.

Humanitarian Month 2025 will be implemented nationwide from May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 with the theme "Humanitarian Journey - Spreading Love". Dak Lak province is one of three provinces selected by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and provincial and municipal associations nationwide to organize Humanitarian Month 2025 at the regional level.

Humanitarian Month 2025 aims to mobilize at least 400 billion VND (including cash and goods, objects converted into cash) to implement humanitarian activities. Up to now, the total resources mobilized to implement Humanitarian Month 2025 in Dak Lak province is 4.5 billion VND, of which the Central Association and provincial and municipal Associations support over 3 billion VND in cash and goods.

Within the framework of the Launching Ceremony, Emulation Cluster No. 4 of the Red Cross Association of the Northern Midlands and Mountains provinces including Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Hoa Binh, Yen Bai, Bac Kan supported the Red Cross Association of Dak Lak province with meaningful humanitarian activities such as: visiting and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Former Youth Volunteers; organizing humanitarian blood donations; charity fairs; mobilizing organ and body part donations; providing free medical examinations and medicine to the people. The Red Cross Association of Tuyen Quang province supported Dak Lak province to implement and donate 10 million VND.

This is a meaningful activity towards the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day May 8.
