- From early morning on May 10, the Traffic Police Department, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police mobilized more than 20 officers and soldiers to coordinate with the Commune Police force to organize traffic flow regulation along National Highway 2 Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang, mainly the section passing through Ham Yen district. At the same time, they coordinated with local people to trim and clean up fallen trees, rocks and soil spilled onto the road and help people safely pass through flooded areas.

Earlier, heavy rain and thunderstorms that occurred early this morning caused many sections of National Highway 2 Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang to be flooded, especially Km37. Along with that, many large trees were broken and fell onto the road, causing traffic jams and danger to traffic participants.

To facilitate traffic, the authorities have temporarily divided the traffic flow and guided vehicles on National Highway 2, the route from Ha Giang to Tuyen Quang: From Tan Yen town (Ham Yen) - take Tan Thanh bridge - Tan Yen road - Thai Son commune - to National Highway 3B and vice versa for vehicles from Tuyen Quang to Ha Giang. Along with that, the traffic police force recommends that traffic participants pay attention to reducing speed when it rains, the road surface is slippery and can easily cause traffic accidents, stay in the correct lane and follow the instructions of the traffic police force to ensure safety.
