BHG - On the afternoon of June 2, the Provincial Association of Former Teachers held the 3rd Executive Committee Conference, term IV, term 2024 - 2029, reviewing the work of the first 5 months of 2025 and deploying directions and tasks for the last months of 2025.

Currently, the province has 11 Associations of Former Teachers at district and city levels; 82 Associations of Former Teachers at commune, ward and town levels with a total of 3,294 members. In the first 5 months of the year, Associations at all levels have promoted their roles and responsibilities in contributing ideas to build theeducation sector, participating in activities to promote the development of education and training and building a learning society in the locality. 100% of the Associations have proactively developed plans and work programs in accordance with the practical situation, effectively implementing the proposed activities. The Association focuses on taking care of the material and spiritual life of its members, organizing visits, encouragement and sharing with members in difficult circumstances in a timely manner. Associations at all levels have actively coordinated with schools to implement the "4 together" model (teaching together, studying together, sharing experiences together, taking care of teachers' lives together), organizing rewards and commendations for students with high academic achievements. The movements of “Learning Family”, “Learning Clan”, “Learning Community”… continue to be promoted and implemented effectively, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education. The Association’s bases have mobilized and donated to build the Association’s Fund with a total amount of nearly 1 billion VND to serve activities to support members and encourage learning and talent.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and analyzing the achievements as well as the shortcomings and limitations in the past time. On that basis, they proposed practical tasks and solutions to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of association activities, and promote the role of members in education. Thereby, continuing to promote the experience, intelligence, and enthusiasm of members of the Association of Former Teachers in the cause of education and training; actively contributing to the work of encouraging learning, encouraging talents, and building a learning society in the province.
At the conference, the Commemorative Medal for the cause of building and developing the Vietnam Association of Former Teachers was awarded to 8 individuals.

* On the morning of June 2, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education (HKH) held the 10th Executive Committee Conference, term IV, term 2020 - 2025 to review the association's work in the first 6 months of the year and set out directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
The provincial HKH currently has 4,038 associations, branches and learning promotion boards. In the first 6 months of the year, the Associations at all levels have synchronously and effectively implemented solutions to effectively carry out the tasks of promoting learning, talent and building a learning society. Propaganda activities have been promoted, especially promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; mobilizing all classes of people to actively participate in the lifelong learning movement in families, clans and communities.

Learning models continue to be widely deployed, bringing practical results. Specifically: The whole province has 143,809 households registered to build "Learning Families"; 1,669 clans registered to build "Learning Clans"; 1,809 communities registered to build "Learning Communities"; 852 units registered to build "Learning Units"; 158,321 citizens registered to build "Learning Citizens".
Along with that, the mobilization work to build a fund to encourage learning and talent was effectively implemented, the whole province mobilized 4.7 billion VND. The association at all levels organized 371 training courses, seminars, and conferences with the participation of over 16,000 officials, members and people.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of the year, with some key contents, such as: Implementing the consolidation plan, arranging the organization of the HKH at the provincial, commune and ward levels, and concurrently ending the HKH activities at the district level in July 2025 according to the direction. The Association guided the units to prepare complete records and documents to serve the handover of organization, finance and assets. After completing the consolidation work, the HKH Congress at the commune level will be organized.
In addition, the Association continues to promote the implementation of the Project "Building a learning society for the period 2021 - 2030"; consolidate and develop the movements: "Learning family", "Learning clan", "Learning community", "Learning unit", associated with improving the quality of building "Learning citizen", contributing to human resource development, effectively serving the cause of socio -economic development in the locality.
The effective implementation of the tasks in the last 6 months of the year will contribute significantly to the consolidation of the Association's organizational structure, improving the quality of learning and talent promotion activities and strongly promoting the movement to build a learning society in Ha Giang province.
