City's Association for Promotion of Education commends 29 collectives and individuals with achievements in the Association's work

In the period of 2024 - 2025, under the direct and regular guidance of Party committees at all levels, the government, the Fatherland Front , the close coordination of departments, organizations and the consensus and support of all classes of people, the movement to encourage learning, encourage talents and build a learning society in the city is increasingly spreading and developing. The movement to build learning families, learning clans, learning communities and learning units is being replicated; the tradition of studiousness of the people continues to be aroused and promoted. The organization of learning associations from the city to the grassroots level is increasingly consolidated and developed in both quantity and quality. 100% of communes and wards have learning associations and community learning centers; 156 Learning Promotion Associations with 19,978 members.

The Education Promotion Fund at all levels has operated effectively, helping many teachers, students and pupils overcome difficulties in their studies, contributing to the effective implementation of localeducation programs. In 2024, agencies, units, businesses, organizations and individuals donated over 1 billion VND to the City Education Promotion Fund. The City People's Committee, wards, communes, schools and educational institutions organized activities to promote learning and talent, rewarded over 15,000 teachers and students with achievements in teaching and learning, supported students in difficult circumstances, awarded "Support for exam season" scholarships..., with an amount of over 460 million VND.

In 2024, 18,674 families will achieve the title of "Learning Family", 3 clans will achieve the title of "Learning Clan", 118 communities will achieve the title of "Learning Community" and 32 units will achieve the title of "Learning Unit". In the first 6 months of 2025, 89.27% of families registered for the title of "Learning Family"; 100% of communities registered for the title of "Learning Community"; 100% of units registered for the title of "Learning Unit"; 100% of 3 clans will register for the title of "Learning Clan".
