Hoa Dien Commune Women's Union strives to help 10 women's households escape poverty each year.

On the morning of October 24, the Women's Union of Hoa Dien commune (An Giang province) held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 100 official delegates, representing 2,588 women members of the entire commune.

Permanent Vice President of An Giang Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Quyen presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Hoa Dien commune strives to: annually help 10 households with women escape poverty, escape multidimensional near-poverty; improve knowledge and skills for 3 women with ideas/projects to start a business, start a business, production and business households; strive to guide and support 1 business household owned by women to register to convert into an enterprise by the end of the term; mobilize 95% or more of women members to participate in health insurance; mobilize and assist 20 households to meet the criteria of "Family of 5 haves, 3 cleans"; register and carry out 2 projects/tasks.

In particular, encourage projects/work related to family building, improving cultural life, protecting the environment, preventing natural disasters, responding to climate change, promoting gender equality to contribute to building new rural areas...

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Hoa Dien commune introduced itself to the congress.

The Congress announced the Decision of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union appointing an Executive Committee of 22 comrades, a Standing Committee of 6 comrades; Comrade Tran Thanh Dam holds the position of President of the Hoa Dien Commune Women's Union, term 2025 - 2030.
