In 2023, the Hoa Binh Provincial Bar Association had 790 members and effectively implemented 8 key tasks. In particular, the work of strengthening the organization and developing members was focused on; the work of building legal policies, legal advice, legal aid, propaganda, dissemination, legal education , and participation in supervising law enforcement was focused on and implemented with quality and effectiveness.
Emulation and reward work is put into order; building emulation movements associated with the Association's tasks, suitable for each specific stage.

Provided legal aid for more than 100 cases; participated in mediation at the grassroots level in 93 cases; participated in resolving 96 complaints...
At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on the preparation and organization of the Congress of Lawyers Associations at all levels for the 2024-2029 term; existing problems and limitations to find solutions to overcome them...

In 2024, the Hoa Binh Provincial Bar Association proposed 6 solutions to effectively implement 9 key tasks; focusing on doing well the work of law-making, contributing quality opinions to draft laws and legal documents, creating the voice of lawyers in reflecting recommendations and proposals in the development of legal policies...
At the conference, 5 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements were awarded by the Provincial Lawyers Association .
