24th Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference: Announcing decisions on personnel work

At the conference, Comrade Tong Ngoc Bac, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat appointing Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Nguyen Van Gau, authorized by the Secretariat, presented the decision to Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh.

Announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee for comrade Tran Cong Thang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, to retire early according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government, to enjoy social insurance benefits from April 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Gau said: Over the years, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee has always proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to lead, direct, and effectively implement the policies of the Provincial Party Committee and the Central Public Security Party Committee in protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, building the Party, and building the People's Public Security force.

Thereby continuing to maintain political security, social order and safety, creating a favorable environment for the province's socio-economic development. Many leaders of the provincial police have matured and been assigned to higher positions.

The Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee is delighted and excited to continue receiving the attention of the Ministry of Public Security, assigning Comrade Nguyen Quang Vinh, Secretary of the Ministry's leadership to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Police; and was appointed by the Secretariat to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Provincial Party Secretary believes that with his qualifications, capacity and working experience, in his position as a member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police Department, Comrade Nguyen Quang Vinh will continue to promote his capacity, strengths and working experience, devote his efforts and intelligence, and together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department, promote the tradition of solidarity and unity. At the same time, he will do a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities in leading and directing the implementation of maintaining political security, social order and safety, creating a stable environment, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary presented the decision and flowers to congratulate comrade Tran Cong Thang.

Congratulating comrade Tran Cong Thang, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, on his excellent completion of his duties and his retirement by the Party and State, the Provincial Party Secretary respectfully thanked, acknowledged and highly appreciated his contributions throughout his career to the development of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that after retirement, Comrade Tran Cong Thang will continue to maintain the ethics and qualities of a cadre and party member, actively participate in movements in the locality where he resides; and be an exemplary model for his children and grandchildren and generations of cadres currently working to learn from and follow.

Do a good job of propaganda and mobilization for local residents, relatives and families to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; contribute to building a strong Party and government at the grassroots level; build and maintain the great national unity bloc.

At the same time, with extensive working experience, understanding the local situation, continuing to care, share experiences, contribute intelligence, contribute to building the locality to develop more and more; especially in the near future, when merging the two provinces and preparing the documents of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress (new), he will contribute many intellectual and enthusiastic opinions, contributing to the successful organization of the Congress, bringing the province into a new stage of development.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Cong Thang thanked the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Provincial Party Committee for always accompanying and creating conditions for him to complete the assigned tasks.

He promised that when he returned to his locality and place of residence, he would always maintain the revolutionary ethics of a party member and be an exemplary citizen, continuing to contribute to the development of the locality.
