This morning, June 28, the Organizing Committee of the Press Award on Party Building (Golden Hammer and Sickle Award) of Quang Tri province held a seminar on skills in composing press works on Party building to orient and provide new information, practically serving the propaganda work on Party building in general and composing press works to participate in the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award 2024 in particular. Speaking at the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Phan Van Phung affirmed that since the Central Committee launched the contest, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee has paid great attention to the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award. The quality of the works has been increasingly improved, spreading and creating positive effects in the propaganda work on Party building.
However, in addition to the achieved results, despite the influence, the effectiveness shown through the award-winning works is still modest. The number of works submitted to the National Press Award on Party building is still small.
This symposium is an opportunity for the management team and authors participating in the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award to access experiences and skills to improve the quality of the works participating in the award.
At the conference, Editor-in-Chief of the Party Building Magazine Ngo Minh Tuan presented a special topic on how to choose topics and write articles on Party building. In particular, it focused on clarifying general issues about articles on Party building; the writer's perspective on the fields of socio-economics, culture, national defense and security, foreign affairs... under the "lens" of Party building. How to choose topics to write about Party building, the political system; some groups of topics to write about Party building in 2024.

At the same time, suggest some regular propaganda contents on Party building such as: building a team of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, leaders at all levels with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the tasks; continue to innovate, perfect the organizational apparatus and improve the operational efficiency of the political system.
Continue to improve the quality of propaganda, dissemination and implementation of resolutions, directives, conclusions, regulations and instructions of the Central Committee and the serious and effective implementation of Party resolutions.
Editor-in-Chief of Party Building Magazine Ngo Minh Tuan also informed and oriented some new contents about the 9th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award - 2024.
