The whole province still has 8 points and 6 traffic routes flooded and isolated.

Specifically, in the North of the province, there are 3 points, including: The road from Kim Ngan Commune People's Committee to Con Cung village is flooded 60-70cm; underground 25 and underground 28 of National Highway 9B are flooded about 50cm, people and vehicles cannot pass. In the South of the province, there are 5 points and 6 inter-village roads flooded, including: Ba Long commune 4 points, Ba Long spillway bridge is flooded 1.1m, Ta Lang bridge is flooded 1.1m, spillway bridge of village 5 is flooded 0.8m, Khe Vo bridge is flooded 0.6m. Dakrong commune 1 point at Ly Ton spillway bridge is flooded 1m. Nam Hai Lang commune is flooded at 6 roads along O Lau river in low-lying areas of An Tho, Phu Kinh, Hoi Dien, My Chanh, Hung Nhon villages, Nhi bridge is flooded 0.8-1m deep.

Rain and floods have also caused landslides on a number of traffic routes, specifically: Kim Ngan commune has a landslide at Km 77+800 National Highway 9B with about 1000m3 of soil and rock, currently only motorbikes can pass. In Ben Quan commune, Provincial Road 571 has a negative slope landslide at Km 24+820. In Khe Sanh commune, Provincial Road 587 section Km 4-Km 12 has many locations where the road surface has been eroded, creating deep ditches, making traffic difficult; landslides, slides, and broken roadbeds at locations including: Km 5+200 with dimensions of 8x4x2m, Km 6+300 with dimensions of 10x3x3m, Km 10+600 with dimensions of 10x3x3m. Nam Dong Ha ward has a sidewalk subsidence at the Dang Dung-Nguyen Thuong Hien intersection with dimensions of 2x1.5x1m.

At flooded and isolated areas, local authorities have put up warning signs and warned people not to cross to ensure safety.
