Astra Bien Hoa Foreign Language Center: Equipping foreign language skills to confidently enter the new era

Unlike many foreign language centers that only focus on developing English training, Astra Bien Hoa trains many different languages, including English, Chinese and gradually introduces training in many languages of countries with developed economies and diverse cultures, such as Korean and Japanese. This is to meet the increasingly diverse foreign language learning needs of students in the period of globalization and international integration.

Ms. Tran Duyen Duyen, founder and Director of Astra Bien Hoa Foreign Language Center, shared: "Having lived and studied abroad for many years, I really want to accompany young people of Dong Nai to improve their foreign language skills, because in the context of the country's increasingly strong integration as it is today, to be successful, foreign language skills are indispensable."

To ensure the most effective implementation of foreign language training for students, Astra Bien Hoa has focused its resources on investing heavily in facilities, building training programs, developing teaching staff and methods for assessing students' foreign language proficiency during their studies at the center according to international standards.

Specifically, Astra Bien Hoa has invested in a modern classroom system, synchronously applied information technology, combined with digital transformation and AI application to serve students in the learning process. Not stopping there, Astra Bien Hoa also invested in a modern functional room system to serve the organization of exams and issue foreign language certificates according to international standards.

The center's English and Chinese language teaching curriculum is in cooperation with Taiwan's leading public university of education (China), helping students not only enjoy learning foreign languages, but also quickly perfect basic and important skills such as: listening - speaking - reading - writing.

Director of Astra Bien Hoa Tran Duyen Duyen added: "Astra Bien Hoa's strength also lies in its team of teachers with qualifications, skills, experience and enthusiasm for teaching foreign languages. To have a team of quality standards, the center has conducted recruitment with the strictest criteria. Especially for foreign teachers, in addition to professional factors, they must also fully comply with legal procedures according to Vietnamese regulations when teaching at Astra Bien Hoa".

With a systematic investment resource and the aspiration to become the leading prestigious foreign language center in Dong Nai, Astra Bien Hoa has now become a partner of Taiwan Public University of Education, British Council, etc. Notably, after a short time of operation, the center has been approved by the Ministry of Education and Training for a project to cooperate with the British Council to organize assessment exams and issue international English certificates IELTS, Aptis Esol right at the British Council.

Sharing about the important successes of Astra Bien Hoa in its journey with students, Director Tran Duyen Duyen said: "Up to now, Astra Bien Hoa is the only center in Dong Nai to become a partner of the British Council in organizing international English certification exams IELTS, Aptis Esol right at the center. This is not easy to achieve, because the partner British Council always has very high standards to accept cooperation in IELTS and Aptis Esol exams".

With its capacity and reputation, Astra Bien Hoa is not only teaching English at the center but also actively participating in the Enhanced English Teaching Project of the Dong Nai Department of Education and Training at educational institutions. Accordingly, the center has cooperated with many kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools and high schools to teach enhanced English with advanced curriculum, Vietnamese and foreign teachers teaching together.

In addition, Astra Bien Hoa also supports schools in organizing many playgrounds and extracurricular activities related to robotics, AI, developing reading culture, and practicing life skills. The center is also ready to support schools in training and fostering English teaching skills according to international standards, implementing teaching subjects in the new 2018 General Education Program in English. Along with that, the center is ready to support students to participate in international certification exams IELTS, Aptis Esol right at the center.
