At the festival, students attended the talkshow “Preparing mindset and startup plan”, listening to experts and young entrepreneurs share about employment trends, the impact of digital transformation and the skills young people need, from creative thinking to adaptability. A career orientation test was also implemented to support students in identifying their personality type and choosing the right major.
The highlight of the program is the system of experiential classes by industry group: economics - management, communication, design - architecture, tourism and health. Students can simulate career activities such as building digital marketing campaigns, playing the role of tour guides, practicing photography - storytelling skills, sketching, making stop-motion films, measuring vital signs or observing testing procedures.

According to Ms. Tran Thuy Tram Quyen, Vice Principal of HIU, the goal of the series of activities is to help students "touch the profession", thereby determining the level of suitability before choosing a major or developing a startup idea.
After the program at Marie Curie High School, the Festival will continue to be implemented in Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong , expected to reach more than 10,000 students before entering the final round of the startup competition on January 10, 2026 at HIU.
