Meeting between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee in the first quarter of 2025

On the morning of April 11, Comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired a meeting between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the advisory agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee, assessing the implementation of tasks in the first quarter and deploying key tasks in the second quarter of 2025.

In the first quarter, the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee closely followed the working program of the Party Committee, actively implemented assigned tasks, performed well political tasks, coordinated to advise the Party Committee to lead and synchronously and comprehensively direct all aspects of Party building and the political system. Notably, they advised and directed the organization of spring and New Year activities and ensured social security on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025; thoroughly grasped, studied, implemented and summarized the directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and thematic areas for 2025 according to plan; proactively and promptly performed the tasks of arranging the apparatus in the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time". The Standing Subcommittee assisted in preparing and organizing the 20th Provincial Party Congress; maintained coordination, exchange, and provision of information between advisory and support agencies. Strengthening propaganda, mobilization, ideological orientation and public opinion in all fields; focusing on implementing mass mobilization work of the political system. During the quarter, 134 new party members were admitted, bringing the total number of party members in the entire provincial Party Committee to over 63,500.

Appreciating the efforts and endeavors of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee in the past time, Comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee to continue to promote the spirit of initiative, closely follow the quarterly work program and the 2025 work program, closely follow the direction of superiors, and local practical tasks; improve the quality of advisory work for the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the implementation of socio-economic tasks, Party building work, and consolidation of the political system. In particular, advising on the implementation of 5 key tasks in the second quarter, namely: focusing on implementing the arrangement of the apparatus of the political system according to the orientation and direction of the Central Committee; continuing to prepare and successfully organize Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Continue to advise on the contents of promoting socio-economic development, in which efforts are made to achieve the province's economic growth target of 8%; make efforts to drastically implement the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province; promote propaganda to celebrate major holidays and anniversaries, thereby enhancing education on traditional significance, arousing the will of self-reliance of the people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that the advisory agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee should strengthen the "4 proactiveness": proactively grasp the ideological situation of Party members and people, the situation of the political apparatus, the socio-economic situation, national defense - security, ethnicity and religion, and grasp information from the Central Government. In particular, further promote the role of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, proactively orient information and propaganda to create high consensus among Party members and people on the implementation of organizational arrangement and preparation for Party congresses at all levels. Proactively prepare plans for the arrangement of the apparatus, arrangement of cadres, financial management, assets, and related documents. Proactively advise on summarizing the programs and projects that have been implemented; closely follow the plans of localities, units, and new issues to direct and promptly implement.
