Long An Ward Farmers' Association responds to the movement 'Digital literacy for the masses'

Long An Ward Farmers' Association launched a campaign to respond to the local "Digital Literacy Popularization" movement.

At the launch, members actively "went to each household, knocked on each door", approached each citizen, especially the disadvantaged, those who do not have access to technology to support the installation and use of applications such as VNeID, " Tay Ninh Smart", instructions on registering for online public services, information security, and fraud prevention in cyberspace.

At the same time, the team also popularized the "Digital Education for the People" platform at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn/ and guided people to participate in e-commerce platforms and apply digital technology in production and business.

With the motto "Easy to learn - Easy to understand - Easy to apply - Easy to spread", core members are equipped with basic digital knowledge and skills, thereby flexibly expanding and ready to spread digital knowledge to every household in the area.

This activity marks the beginning of a sustainable journey to bring digital transformation closer to every citizen. The "Digital Education for All" movement has important and profound significance for the country's development, demonstrating the determination of the Party and State in the development of a digital nation, digital government, digital economy, digital society, digital citizens, towards rapid, comprehensive and sustainable development.

In addition, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), the Farmers' Association of Long An Ward coordinated with the Ward Military Command to organize a visit to the Monument to Heroic Martyrs in Hamlet 2, Huong Tho Phu Commune, Long An Province (old), now Long An Ward, Tay Ninh Province.

Members of the delegation respectfully burned incense to commemorate the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation.

Immediately after the ceremony, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Sanh, a policy family in Hamlet 1, Huong Tho Phu Commune, Long An Province (old), now Long An Ward, Tay Ninh Province.

Here, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Long An Ward Ngo Thanh Hung kindly asked about his health and life and expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of him and his family during the resistance war. Touched by the attention of the working group, Mr. Sanh also expressed his sincere thanks and affirmed that he would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, setting a good example for the younger generation to follow.
