FPT University MBA program is recognized by ACBSP international standards

(Dan Tri) - The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program implemented by FSB Institute of Management & Technology (FPT Corporation) is recognized by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP, USA) as meeting international training quality standards.

ACBSP accreditation is granted after a comprehensive, rigorous assessment process that lasts for many months and goes through multiple rounds including self-assessment reports, preliminary assessments and site visits by international expert teams.

At FSB, the assessment team conducted in-depth interviews with leaders, lecturers, students, alumni and business partners to ensure objectivity and comprehensiveness in the assessment.

ACBSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs) is the world's leading specialized accreditation organization for business education programs from college to doctoral level.

Founded in 1988 in the US and accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), ACBSP currently has more than 1,200 members in more than 60 countries and grants international accreditation certificates to about 300 MBA programs worldwide. Unlike organizations that focus on academic research, ACBSP aims for excellence in teaching, is learner-centered, and is committed to continuous improvement.

The MBA program at FSB meets 7 rigorous accreditation standards including: leadership capacity, strategic planning, student and stakeholder satisfaction, teaching effectiveness, quality of teaching staff, training program design and overall performance of the training unit.

In particular, ACBSP recognized the MBA program at FSB for its high student satisfaction, flexible feedback system, clear faculty development policy, and application of a data-based training performance measurement system such as enrollment rate, graduation rate, and student satisfaction index.

The MBA program at FSB stands out for its practicality through hundreds of real-life management cases, group projects to solve business problems and business diagnostic projects, in which MBA students directly advise on strategies and solutions for businesses in the community. This is an important plus point that helps the program meet the criteria of social responsibility and practical engagement, one of the outstanding factors of ACBSP standards.
