Provincial Farmers' Association launched the program "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho"

Attending the event were Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Yen - President of the Provincial Farmers' Association and members of the Provincial Farmers' Association Standing Committee; Farmers' Associations of Tan Chau and Duong Minh Chau districts.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Yen - Chairwoman of the Provincial Farmers' Association requested that Farmers' Associations at all levels proactively advise Party committees and authorities, closely coordinate with local sectors and socio -political organizations to promote propaganda and raise people's awareness of the meaning and value of the Tree Planting Festival and the essential role of trees in responding to climate change.

Organize a widespread emulation movement among cadres and farmer members, striving for each commune-level unit to plant at least 250 trees in 2025. At the same time, regularly inspect, supervise, and provide guidance on planting and care techniques to ensure high survival rates, good tree growth, and create sustainable green areas for the locality.

After the launching ceremony, officials and farmer members participated in planting nearly 500 star apple trees in the campus of Tan Binh Hamlet Cultural House and some localities in Tan Chau district.
