City-level seminar "Exploiting Violet software in teaching geometry for grade 7 in the direction of developing students' qualities and abilities"
(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of January 8, An Duong district organized a city-level seminar on “Exploiting Violet software in teaching geometry for grade 7 in the direction of developing students' qualities and abilities” for the 2023-2024 school year.
Attending the workshop were comrades Do Van Loi, Deputy Director of the Departmentof Education and Training; Luong The Quy, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of An Duong district; representatives of relevant agencies and units and nearly 400 leaders and teachers representing secondary schools in the district.

The topic consists of 2 parts, a report on "Exploiting Violet software in teaching geometry 7 in the direction of developing students' qualities and abilities" and an illustrative lesson "Lesson 13. Two equal triangles. The first case of triangles" (Geometry 7). The topic was conducted by teachers at Nam Son Secondary School, An Duong district.
Through the topic, delegates were introduced to how to install and use Violet; listened to some basic and complex simulation programming examples; introduced the initial steps and key points in Violet programming; and introduced some Flash files embedded in Violet.
