Scientific workshop on Solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing the National Target Program 1719 in Quang Tri province

Despite the positive results achieved in the past time, the implementation of the National Target Program 1719 for the period 2021-2025 in the province still faces many difficulties and challenges such as: unsynchronized infrastructure, high poverty rate, slow economic restructuring, unsatisfactory capital disbursement, along with shortcomings in coordination between levels, sectors and localities.

At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing and proposing many solutions with key contents: The importance and implementation of the National Target Program 1719 in Quang Tri province and the issues raised.

Results, the combination of programs and projects in the implementation of the National Target Program 1719 in Thanh commune, Huong Son commune, Huong Hoa district and the issues raised. Proposed solutions to remove obstacles in the implementation of the National Target Program 1719 in A Bung commune, Dakrong district.

Solutions to promote the positive and self-reliant spirit in poverty reduction of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in Quang Tri province. Proposing solutions to implement the National Target Program 1719 in Quang Tri province in a sustainable manner.

In addition, the workshop received and discussed relevant presentations from researchers, grassroots officials and local representatives to enrich the content and multi-dimensional perspectives of this program.

The workshop aims to create a forum for exchange, discussion, sharing of experiences, identifying shortcomings and inadequacies and proposing synchronous and practical solutions.

Thereby, there is more practical basis to propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the program in the western localities of Quang Tri province, contributing to improving the effectiveness of program implementation in the coming time.
