Seminar on prevention and treatment of dengue fever

On November 5, 2025, at Nguyen Phich commune, Fumakilla Company - Jumbo Vape brand in collaboration with the Women's Union of Ca Mau province organized a workshop to disseminate knowledge on prevention and treatment of dengue fever.

This activity is in response to the program "Each family - Spend 10 minutes a week to prevent and fight dengue fever" launched by the Vietnam Community Project Board, the Women's Union of Ca Mau province in coordination with Mai Sen Joint Stock Company to organize communication activities on community health care and dengue fever prevention and control in 2025.

Attending the workshop were representatives from the Provincial Center for Disease Control, U Minh Regional Medical Center, local leaders and nearly 190 people. At the workshop, Dr. Le Van Nhan, former Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Preventive Medicine, provided knowledge on disease recognition, care and treatment when suspected of having the disease, and measures to prevent mosquitoes from transmitting the disease.

The program was held in an exciting format of questions and answers and multiple choice questions, helping people to easily absorb knowledge. Many gifts were given to participants who answered the questions correctly.

The workshop contributed to raising public awareness, especially in remote areas at risk of outbreaks during the rainy season, while spreading the spirit of proactive disease prevention, joining hands with the health sector in preventing and fighting dengue fever locally.
