The event took place over 5 days (from June 4 to June 8) with more than 100 booths selling about 1,000 craft village products, safe agricultural and food products, OCOP products from different regions and a craft village tourism experience exhibition area from districts, towns and cities in Hanoi and provinces and cities across the country, especially the Central and Central Highlands regions.

Speaking at the opening of the event, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Dinh Hoa emphasized that this program is extremely important, an opportunity to help OCOP entities of Hanoi and provinces and cities across the country exchange, connect trade, promote brands, and promote trade.
Through the event introducing OCOP products associated with the culture of the Central and Central Highlands provinces, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment aims to continuously improve productivity, product quality, and OCOP subject capacity; especially helping consumers understand better, thereby confidently choosing and using quality OCOP products and craft villages.

Hanoi currently has over 1,350 craft villages, accounting for 40% of the craft villages nationwide. In particular, in 2025, Hanoi is honored to be recognized by the World Craft Council for 2 craft villages: Van Phuc Silk Weaving - Ha Dong, Bat Trang Ceramics as official members of the World Craft Creative City. These are the first 2 craft villages in Vietnam to be admitted by the World Craft Council. It is expected that in 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will continue to coordinate with the World Craft Council to survey typical craft villages in the city, complete the dossier to submit to the World Craft Council to recognize 2-3 craft villages as official members of the World Craft Council.
From 2019 to present, Hanoi has evaluated and classified 3,317 OCOP products (accounting for 21.3% of the country), including 6 5-star products, 22 potential 5-star products, 1,571 4-star products and 1,718 3-star products; the leading locality in the country in terms of the number of OCOP products.
