New event center of the capital
Having just attended the 8Wonder: Moments of Wonder music event on the evening of August 23, on the new day of August 24, Mr. Quang Hanh (40 years old, Hanoi) and his family attended the "My Vietnam" race. Both events took place at the newly inaugurated National Exhibition Center.
“Two events with a large number of participants, taking place almost simultaneously, but the organization was still very neat and methodical, which really impressed me. If it weren’t for the National Exhibition Center, it would be difficult to find any other venue that could accommodate it,” said Mr. Hanh.

The most impressive thing about “That’s My Vietnam” is that the athletes all wear “patriotic uniforms”, all participants wear red flag shirts with yellow stars.

With a scale of 90 hectares, the National Exhibition and Fair Center can simultaneously accommodate many large-scale exhibitions and events (Photo: Organizing Committee).
The spacious roads at Vinhomes Global Gate are dyed with the national flag, carrying a great message of solidarity: "21,000 people - 1 flag - 1 Fatherland".
“While running, my family did not forget to take a souvenir photo at the National Exhibition Center. The scenery was very impressive, just raise the camera and immediately have a beautiful photo,” Quang Hanh shared.

After participating in the race, families also participated in a series of interesting sideline activities, such as interactive photography, photo contests, painting exhibitions, traditional Vietnamese martial arts performances, dances and concerts of patriotic songs and contemporary songs...
Convenient connectivity, diverse experiences combined with open space right next to the center make Vinhomes Global Gate a vibrant weekend entertainment destination in the Northeast of the capital.

The explosive beginning of the "billion dollar commercial street"
Just inaugurated, the National Exhibition and Fair Center has become a prominent destination in the Northeast of Hanoi with a series of major events. Right before the “My Vietnam” race are the 8Wonder music festivals: Moments of Wonder (over 50,000 spectators), V-Concert (over 25,000 spectators) and V-Fest (over 25,000 spectators).
The highlight of the series of programs celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day is the exhibition “80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” opening on August 28 and lasting until September 5, expected to attract millions of domestic and foreign tourists to the National Exhibition and Fair Center.

With national and international events, the National Exhibition and Fair Center will bring more than 60 million visitors/year to Boutique Gate (Photo: Organizing Committee).
The National Exhibition and Fair Center, when put into operation, is expected to create a driving force for the development of the event-exhibition economy for Vinhomes Global Gate, with a scale of tens of millions of visitors each year. At the same time, from August, the metropolis will begin handing over houses and welcoming the first residents to move in, expected to reach tens of thousands of households.
The attraction of the National Exhibition and Convention Center opens up commercial and service potential for all business models at Vinhomes Global Gate. The direct beneficiary is Boutique Gate with its three commercial streets, including Sunset, Dawn and Expo.
The large number of expected guests brings business potential to the boutique apartments. This prospect is also supported by the system of utilities surrounding Boutique Gate such as Class A offices, 5-star hotels, etc., attracting a group of customers with high spending ability, including businessmen, experts and MICE tourists.

The number of visitors to Boutique Gate is expected to increase when a series of strategic infrastructure projects around Vinhomes Global Gate are gradually completed in the next 2 years, including Gia Binh airport (started on August 19), the connecting route to the center of Hanoi expected to be completed in 2026 and Tu Lien bridge completed in 2027, making travel more convenient for residents and tourists.
In order to serve a large number of customers, Boutique Gate is designed with multi-functions with 5 floors, 1 attic, 2 facades, total floor area of about 490m2. Flexible space allows owners or tenants to exploit a variety of business models, such as key stores, high-end restaurants, spas... to optimize revenue and bring great growth potential.
